Program Manager / プログラムマネージャー at PayPay

PayPay is seeking a Program Manager to join their PMO team and enhance project management efficiency. This role involves managing over 500 projects and improving their productivity. The Program Manager will focus on identifying inefficiencies, developing a roadmap for improvements, and collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders.

As Program Manager at PayPay, he or she will be responsible for the integrated management of multiple projects, strategically overseeing key projects as needed. He or she should help ensure that PayPay delivers services to their users and merchants with speed and quality.

Role involves:

• Driving initiatives to improve project management efficiency.
• Managing strategically important programs and projects.
• Developing and implementing new rules and processes.
• Coordinating with stakeholders to establish rules and processes.
• Managing and supporting product roadmap planning.
• Reporting to executive management.

Requirements:

• Data extraction and analysis using BigQuery and Google Spreadsheets.
• Experience in the web/IT or consumer app industry.
• 3+ years in product or project management, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Business-level English proficiency.
• Native-level or JLPT N1 equivalent Japanese proficiency.
