Senior Product Manager

Job Description

PayPay, a rapidly growing FinTech company with over 69M users, is seeking a Senior Product Manager. This role involves managing a product management team, building user experiences, and creating scalable platform products. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with stakeholders, define product priorities, and drive product growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a product management team directly or through other managers.
• Building a “WoW Experience” for our users by delivering and driving critical products having significant impact on key metrics.
• Mentoring and educating other product managers of the entire organization
• Creating platform products that can scale and help build product and services with a long term view
• Managing and executing decisions about the high-level technical architecture and UI/UX designs of the project.
• Write technical PRD’s and work with engineering team and design team and execute the product roadmap
• Define and prioritize product challenges and opportunities leading to the product growth
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across functions to understand the user problem and their needs and formulate achievable requirements for development teams.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology related field or at least 3 years of technical experience.
• At Least 4 years of Product Management or an equivalent role
• Business level of English language(written, verbal)
