PayPay is seeking a Data Analyst to join their Product Division. In this role, the Data Analyst will be crucial in enhancing the convenience and profitability of PayPay's expansive ecosystem. They will leverage data from over 65 million users and 2.35 million merchants to drive user engagement, increase usage frequency, and contribute to PayPay's revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers and executives for data-driven decisions.
  • Proactively analyze data to answer stakeholder questions and suggest product improvements.
  • Design product KPIs, create dashboards, and monitor relevant data.
  • Contribute to data-driven processes and share knowledge.
  • Develop documentation and educational materials.
  • Create interactive visualizations from multiple data sources.
  • Interact cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Design and build data warehouses and data marts.
  • Evangelize a data-driven culture, improving experimental design.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of data analysis experience.
  • Expertise in statistics.
  • Skills in designing, validating, visualizing, and reporting A/B tests.
  • Ability to generate data insights and identify business opportunities.
  • Proven ability to build trust and relationships with stakeholders.
