PayPay, a leading fintech company with over 69 million users, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for a Business Development/O2O Service Planning role. This role focuses on expanding and enhancing PayPay's O2O promotion services, such as coupons and stamp cards, and developing new services in collaboration with LINE/Yahoo!.

The ideal candidate will lead the planning and promotion of services that address the management challenges of various merchants, including restaurants, beauty salons, and retailers, while capturing potential user needs. They will be responsible for formulating and executing medium- to long-term growth strategies for each service, analyzing click-through rates and user behavior to propose UI/UX improvements, and collaborating with the marketing department to develop and implement promotion strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and promotion of O2O promotion services (coupons, stamp cards, flyers, etc.) and new services in collaboration with LINE/Yahoo!.
  • Formulate and execute medium- to long-term growth strategies for each service.
  • Analyze click-through rates and user behavior to propose UI/UX improvements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and implement promotion strategies.
  • Plan and define the requirements for functions necessary to increase sales by listening to the needs of member stores.
  • Implement business risk countermeasures such as legal risks and reputational risks.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in planning, launching, or growing a business or service (involving system development).
  • Presentation skills using PowerPoint/Google Slides.
  • Simulation and graphing skills using Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Ability to create requirement specifications or requirements definition documents.
  • Communication skills to facilitate smooth negotiation with internal and external stakeholders.
