PayPay, a fintech company with over 69 million users, is seeking a candidate for a New Business Development and Service Planning role. The company values innovation and collaboration, aiming to create services that revolutionize cashless payments in Japan.
The role involves planning and promoting new services to solve the problems of member stores in a wide range of fields such as payment, sales promotion, and business support. The candidate will be involved in a wide range of tasks from the upstream to the downstream of planning, such as market research, concept planning for new functions, formulation of fee plans, arrangement of development function requirements, and project management.
Role Involves:
- Planning and promoting payment services and solutions.
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis.
- Developing business plans and growth strategies.
- Defining business requirements for product development.
- Coordinating with marketing for promotion strategies.
- Managing projects and negotiating with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in business or service planning, launch, or growth.
- Project management experience, including stakeholder negotiation.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Skill in creating requirement specifications or business requirements definitions.
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
