The candidate will be responsible for business plan creation, budget management, and campaign planning. They will collaborate with development and sales teams to address challenges and increase PayPay's user engagement with manufacturers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Planning and promoting promotional services for manufacturers.
  • Launching new services.
  • Analyzing market trends and developing service concepts.
  • Managing projects and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in planning, launching, or growing a business or service (involving system development).
  • Project management experience, including negotiations with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in creating presentations using PowerPoint or Google Slides.
  • Proficiency in creating simulations and graphs using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Skill in writing requirements specifications or requirements definition documents.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a wide range of stakeholders.
