PayPay, a fintech company with over 66 million users in approximately 6 years since its service launch in 2018, is composed of diverse members from about 50 countries and regions. PayPay is looking for a professional to work on the promotion of cashless payments in Japan. The role involves discovering issues independently and collaborating with others to promote the creation of new value.

The team's goal is to evolve PayPay into a smartphone-centric new financial super app, where everything related to money can be done through PayPay.

Role Involves:

  • Planning new services for PayPay users.
  • Defining development requirements and UI/UX design in coordination with product teams.
  • Strategic planning for the overall growth of PayPay's financial business.
  • Planning and developing asset and expenditure management functions.
  • Expanding P2P money transfer capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Experience in developing new services for ToC (experience in launching new businesses from scratch or growing businesses).
  • Experience in defining requirements for product development.
  • Experience in promoting businesses and managing projects.
  • Communication skills with stakeholders inside and outside the company.
  • IT skills necessary for the job.
