PayPay, a prominent fintech company with over 68 million users, is seeking a highly motivated individual to join their team as a 新規事業開発・サービス企画 （金融事業） (New Business Development/Service Planning - Financial Services). This role involves contributing to the evolution of PayPay from a payment app to a comprehensive financial super app. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving the adoption of cashless payments and financial life platforms in Japan.
The role will be part of a team responsible for strategic planning and execution to transform PayPay into a leading Fintech company. The primary goal is to enable users to manage all their financial needs through PayPay.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, launching new financial services for PayPay users.
- Executing growth strategies after the service launch.
- Strategic planning for the overall growth of PayPay's financial business.
Requirements:
- Experience in planning, launching, or growing a business or service (involving system development).
- Project management experience, including negotiation with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong interest in emerging technologies.
- Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 800+).
