This role is crucial for managing PayPay Charge, which involves overseeing costs, analyzing user trends, developing new financial institution partnerships, managing relationships with existing partners and gateways, planning new services, and troubleshooting issues.

Role Involves:

• Handling invoicing related to PayPay Charge from financial institutions and gateways.
• Maintaining the charge infrastructure, including coordinating maintenance schedules.
• Managing various collaboration tasks with financial institutions.
• Troubleshooting issues related to PayPay Charge, such as incorrect charges and refunds.
• Facilitating connections with financial institutions for PayPay Charge.
• Task management and developing/managing operating procedures for temp staff and contract employees.

Requirements:

• Experience in establishing, reforming, and streamlining operations.
• Basic proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, Slides (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to formulate questions, verbalize problems, and solve them independently.
• Logical thinking skills.
• Ability to multitask.
