The Financial Institution Liaison Department is responsible for all aspects of PayPay charge, which is the core of PayPay's services. The role involves optimizing and streamlining all charge-related operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling payment processing based on invoices from financial institutions and gateways related to PayPay charges.
  • Managing and coordinating maintenance schedules with financial institutions and gateways for charge infrastructure.
  • Coordinating with financial institutions on various collaborations.
  • Troubleshooting PayPay charge-related issues, such as refunds for incorrect charges.
  • Facilitating connections with financial institutions for PayPay charge functionality.
  • Managing the operations of dispatched and contract employees, including task management.

Requirements:

  • Experience in establishing, reforming, and streamlining operations.
  • Basic proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, Slides (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to formulate questions, verbalize problems, and solve them independently.
  • Logical thinking skills.
  • Multitasking abilities.
