PayPay, a fintech company with over 65 million users in approximately 6 years since its launch in 2018, is composed of diverse members from about 50 countries and regions. PayPay is looking for a person in charge of financial business planning and data analysis in the payment and credit fields.

The role involves strategic planning and business promotion in the financial business, especially credit business (PayPay Credit), to expand PayPay's revenue and business growth. The person will be responsible for planning and promoting strategies and business plans in the financial business, especially the credit business (PayPay Credit).

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic and business planning in the financial business, especially the credit business (PayPay Credit).
  • New business/service development in the credit area.
  • Planning strategies and business plans based on data.
  • Promotion of business and project management based on strategies and business plans.
  • Promotion of alliances with group companies and external partner companies.
  • Numerical analysis and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the financial industry, IT/internet industry, or consulting industry.
  • Experience in business development/service planning/international brand planning/project management.
  • Communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in data acquisition and processing using SQL.
  • Programming skills (Python/R, etc.).
  • Experience in business development using data.
