PayPay is looking for a person in charge of financial business planning and promotion (payment/credit area). The company's vision is unlimited, and they aim to create a future beyond imagination. The role involves business operation and promotion of the credit business, one of PayPay's three main pillars. The mission is to provide unprecedented services to users through a hybrid of smartphone and credit card payments, aiming to become the No.1 payment service in Japan.
Responsibilities include:
- Formulating strategies and business plans for the financial business, especially the credit business (PayPay Credit).
- Developing new businesses/services in the credit area.
- Promoting businesses and managing projects based on strategies and business plans.
- Promoting alliances with group companies and external partners.
- Performing numerical analysis and reporting.
Requirements:
- Over 3 years of work experience related to credit cards.
- Experience in business development/service planning/international brand planning/project management.
- Communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong data-driven thinking, problem-solving, communication, cross-functional understanding, or project management skills.
