Job Description
PayPay, a Fintech company with over 69 million users in about 6 years since its service started in 2018, is composed of diverse members from about 50 countries and regions. PayPay is looking for a Marketing Promotion 담당 to join their team. This role is within the Financial Marketing Department, which is responsible for marketing planning in the financial business (mainly cards, securities, banking, and insurance), and all marketing activities related to bank connections and charge cost optimization.
The company is expanding its financial marketing organization to accelerate the launch and expansion of various new services, aiming to make the financial business a pillar alongside settlement. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly iterate through research, marketing plan formulation, market launch, and refinement based on numerical data and user feedback.
Role involves:
- Formulating marketing strategies for financial businesses such as PayPay Card and PayPay Securities.
- Planning and managing the GTM for new services and features, from planning to promotion and campaign implementation.
- Implementing improvement activities by planning, executing, and analyzing to promote the penetration of the financial business.
Requirements:
- Experience in service market launch (GTM).
- Practical experience in marketing strategy and planning.
- Business-level or higher Japanese language skills.
- Experience in consumer service market launch (GTM) is desirable.
- PM or PMO experience is desirable.
- Marketing experience in the financial business or services is desirable.
- Understanding of financial laws and regulations is desirable.
- Knowledge and experience in data analysis is desirable.
- Business-level English proficiency is desirable.
