PayPay, a FinTech company with over 69 million users, is seeking a Promotions Operation Specialist to drive synergy with SoftBank and LINE Yahoo. This role focuses on maximizing the PayPay user base and customer value (LTV) through strategic collaborations and promotions.

The Promotions Operation Specialist will be responsible for promoting PayPay registration and usage through campaigns in collaboration with SoftBank and LINE Yahoo. The role involves direct engagement with users, requiring a strong sense of responsibility and proactive work ethic. The candidate will also need strong negotiation skills to liaise with internal teams, SoftBank, LINE Yahoo, and related companies.

This position offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects aimed at expanding the "PayPay Economic Zone" across the group.

Role involves:

• Promotions operation in collaboration with group companies and PayPay merchants
• Optimization of various operation tasks
• Adjusting exposure within the PayPay app for each campaign plan, and instructing and submitting banner production
• Designing and verifying the effectiveness of promotions within the PayPay app for each campaign plan
• Setting, operating, and managing customer support for each campaign plan
• Settlement and contract work for each campaign plan

Requirements:

• Experience in business operations and efficiency improvement
• Practical experience in campaign operation and analysis
• Experience in promoting efficiency in campaign operations
• Experience in creating presentation materials (PPT, etc.)
