PayPay, a fintech company with over 69 million users, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Support Specialist to join its team. This role is crucial for supporting the rapidly growing number of merchants and evolving service specifications.
The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for strategic planning and operational promotion within the Sales Support Division. This involves close collaboration with sales staff and internal departments to update service operations and sales manuals in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the sales organization by developing strategies and tactics.
- Planning and executing sales promotion measures for SMB merchants.
- Supporting the enterprise sales organization, including training and remote consultations.
- Analyzing data and streamlining sales processes.
- Driving digital sales initiatives using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Requirements:
- Project leadership experience.
- Experience in project planning and proposal.
- Proficiency in creating sales materials and reports using Google Slides or PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (for Digital Sales team).
