PayPay, a fintech company with over 69 million users, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Planning professional to join their team. This role will be pivotal in driving the company's growth and expansion within the Japanese market.

The Sales Planning role acts as a hub between management and sales, contributing to PayPay's growth and expansion through strategic planning and execution. The role offers valuable experience in understanding the entire business by engaging with management, business, and sales departments from the design phase to the operational phase.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and operating evaluation systems for the sales department.
  • Developing and operating rules related to sales activities.
  • Planning and promoting strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Promoting the development of business plans for new services/products.
  • Designing and operating investment judgment criteria for sales promotion expenses.
  • Managing sales budgets for cost efficiency and optimization.

Requirements:

  • Experience in planning, including business plans, sales targets, and budget formulation.
  • Experience in designing/operating sales evaluation systems and strategic planning/promotion.
  • Data extraction and analysis skills using big data.
  • Practical experience using SQL and BI tools.
