PayPay, a fintech company with over 65 million users, is seeking a CS System Planning CRM Specialist to enhance its customer support systems. This role focuses on optimizing the Salesforce platform used by PayPay's customer support, including merchants.

Responsibilities:

  • Propose and implement new features using the Salesforce platform.
  • Improve and maintain existing systems.
  • Optimize contact center operations using Salesforce CRM.
  • Create requirements definitions and provide input to the development team.
  • Conduct UAT, create test cases, and perform acceptance testing.
  • Create release plans and perform post-release checks.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience with the Salesforce platform.
  • Understanding of Salesforce administration (custom objects, workflows, process builder, etc.).
  • Knowledge of API and data integration.
  • Experience in designing and defining requirements based on user stories.
  • Ability to learn autonomously and adopt new technologies.
  • Team player with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in translating business needs into technical solutions.
