Job Description
PayPay, a fintech company with over 69 million users, is seeking a CS System Planning CRM Specialist to enhance its customer support systems. The company values innovation and collaboration, aiming to revolutionize cashless payments and financial life platforms in Japan.
This role focuses on leveraging the Salesforce platform to improve and maintain systems used by PayPay's customer support, including merchants. The ideal candidate will contribute to standardizing and advancing systems and customer support processes.
Responsibilities include:
- Proposing and implementing new features using the Salesforce platform.
- Improving and maintaining existing systems.
- Optimizing contact center operations using Salesforce CRM.
- Creating requirements definitions and providing input to the development team.
- Conducting UAT and creating test plans.
- Creating release plans and performing post-release checks.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience with the Salesforce platform.
- Understanding of Salesforce administration (custom objects, workflows, process builder, etc.).
- Knowledge of APIs and data integration.
- Experience in designing and defining requirements based on user stories.
