PayPay, a fintech company with over 65 million users in about 6 years since its service launch in 2018, is composed of diverse members from about 50 countries and regions. The company is looking for a CS Center Planning Manager.

The role involves managing the PayPay support center's design, operation, and business consignment partners. The new team member will work to maintain and improve the safety and sustainability of PayPay's CS, and support an environment where each employee can deliver their best performance. They will also manage events to improve the ES of employees working at headquarters to create a rewarding environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • CS Headquarters operations management
  • Managing conference operations related to decision-making
  • Invoice processing
  • New contract and renewal confirmation
  • Secretariat for various event operations
  • Consignment management
  • Business consignment contracts
  • Order management
  • Center design/BCP construction (operating at multiple locations nationwide)

Requirements:

  • Practical experience and MGR experience in the CS department of a business company or a contact center BPO service company
  • Experience in contract work with business consignment companies (order management, billing, contracts, BCP)
  • Contact center operation and management experience (KPIs for the entire center, management, design and start-up of new centers and new contact operations).
  • Acceptance and aptitude for remote work environments
  • PMO experience (preferred)
  • PPT skills and presentation skills (preferred)
