Interactive Brokers is seeking a Technical Assistance Center Representative for its Mumbai office. This role involves providing technical and functional support for the Interactive Brokers Trader Workstation. The candidate will assist customers with inquiries related to software products and act as a liaison between internal teams and customers to ensure effective resolution of issues.

The role involves:

  • Providing technical and functional support for the Interactive Brokers Trader Workstation via phone, chat, and email.
  • Assisting with connectivity, network testing, Java configuration, and security protocols.
  • Managing problems, with a focus on wide-scale technical issues.
  • Acting as a liaison between internal teams and customers.

Requirements:

  • 2 years experience in Windows/Mac software and hardware support, connectivity support, Java familiarity
  • Networking and general technical knowledge to troubleshoot issues related to trading client programs.
  • Self-confidence, good communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work independently in a team-oriented environment.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Bachelors in Information Technology (B.Tech, BE or MCA) or equivalent.
