PayPay, a leading fintech company with over 69 million users, is seeking a Project Manager to join its Business Operations Division. This role involves driving IT infrastructure development, BPR, and system implementation projects in collaboration with various user departments. The mission is to enhance the quality and efficiency of overall operations through IT, incorporating RPA and AI technologies to provide convenient and secure services to PayPay users and merchants.About the Role
  • Managing projects related to internal operation systems such as identity verification and merchant screening systems.
  • Overseeing the implementation of cloud products like Salesforce.
  • Defining business requirements in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Managing development, release, operational establishment, and ROI measurement.
Requirements
  • Experience leading multiple business improvement projects.
  • Experience in system development project management at a consulting firm.
  • Experience leading upstream processes in business system development.
  • Experience in launching and designing business operations in a business company.
  • Financial industry experience (credit card, payment business).
  • Project management experience in system departments or SIers (design, architecture skills).
  • English skills (reading/writing, able to use Google Translate).
