PayPay, a fintech company with over 69 million users, is seeking a User Support Staff to join their Sapporo center as a contract employee. The role involves supporting the consumer support window, handling escalations, and contributing to operational improvements.
PayPay is looking for someone to contribute to the growth of PayPay Group.
Role involves:
- Handling escalations from the consumer support window.
- Creating user response policies and content.
- Analyzing data and proposing improvements to operations and products.
- Collecting, analyzing, and reporting consumer support data.
- Managing outsourced operations.
- Managing contact center KPIs.
- Designing operations and constructing response flows.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer support, customer service, store management, or back-office operations.
- Experience analyzing performance data, identifying issues, and planning/improving operations.
- Ability to identify problems and take initiative.
