PayPay is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join its Internal Audit team as an AML/CFT Audit Specialist. As a leading fintech company with over 65 million users, PayPay is committed to maintaining the highest standards of compliance and risk management.

The role involves working within the third line of defense, the Internal Audit Office, enhancing its capabilities to align with the rapid pace of business. The candidate will primarily focus on AML/CFT audit activities, contributing to the development of a top-tier internal audit function.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits related to the Payment Services Act and other relevant regulations.
• Perform risk assessments and theme-based audits.
• Conduct off-site monitoring to detect risks.
• Handle AML/CFT audit responses.

Requirements:

• Experience in AML/CFT audits.
• AML/CFT audit advisory experience in audit firms or consulting firms (including AML/CFT system support).
• Experience with Financial Services Agency inspections or FATF 4th reviews in AML/CFT response (including preparation experience).
• Experience in building AML compliance systems (framework implementation, AML risk assessment, etc.).
• AML work experience (compliance, first line).
