PayPay, a fintech company with over 69 million users, is seeking a System Auditor to enhance its internal audit capabilities. The System Auditor will play a crucial role in evaluating and improving IT governance, risk management, and development processes.

PayPay is looking for someone to contribute to the company's growth by improving internal operations from a management perspective. The role offers the opportunity to gain experience in internal auditing within a leading mobile payment company and to develop expertise in new business schemes. The candidate will also be involved in establishing internal audit systems suitable for emerging businesses and implementing new audit methods, including digital audit techniques.

Role Involves:

• Performing individual audits, including preliminary investigations and creating audit plans.
• Evaluating audit areas, analyzing causes, and proposing improvements.
• Creating and reporting audit reports, and following up on audit findings.
• Collecting and organizing risk information from internal and external sources.
• Assessing risks in business processes to inform annual audit plans.
• Improving audit processes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in system auditing or related fields.
• Experience in system development, operation, or information security.
• Mindset to proactively learn new things.
• Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders and address issues.
• Knowledge of IT risks and control measures.
