PayPay, a leading fintech company with over 69 million users, is seeking a Compliance Specialist to join their Business Compliance Team. This role is crucial for strengthening the compliance function as PayPay continues to grow and innovate in the cashless payment and financial life platform space. The Compliance Specialist will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that new and existing businesses comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.

Role Involves:

• Participating in meetings with business departments and facilitating internal coordination.
• Preparing documentation for regulatory consultations and engaging with authorities.
• Conducting compliance reviews for new and existing business initiatives.
• Supporting various audit and inspection activities, including preparation and follow-up tasks.

Requirements:

• Experience in compliance within the payment or financial industry (3+ years).
• Experience supporting the launch of new businesses/services from a compliance perspective.
• Strong logical thinking, proactivity, coordination, and adaptability.
• Experience leading and coordinating projects (internal and external).
