This role is crucial for strengthening compliance functions in line with PayPay's rapid growth. The Compliance Department ensures the company adheres to regulatory standards while fostering innovation.

The role involves working with a diverse team to ensure compliance across new and existing business initiatives. The candidate will be involved in meetings with business units, internal coordination, document creation, consulting with authorities, preparing consultation materials, conducting compliance reviews, and supporting audits and inspections.

Responsibilities:

• Meeting with business units and coordinating internally.
• Creating various documents.
• Consulting with authorities and preparing related materials.
• Conducting compliance reviews for new and existing businesses.
• Supporting various audits and inspections.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of compliance experience in the payment or financial industry.
• Experience supporting new business/service launches from a compliance perspective.
• Strong logical thinking, proactivity, coordination, and adaptability.
• Experience leading and coordinating various projects (internal and external).
