This role involves:

  • Promoting the evaluation and analysis of risks for all of the company's systems.
  • Promoting and implementing risk reduction measures,
  • Building and maintaining a system risk management system and confirming its operation status.
  • Supporting and promoting the same operations within the PayPay Group.
  • Developing and maintaining a company-wide system risk management system.
  • Formulating and promoting policies regarding system risk assessments.
  • Developing and maintaining a system-related accident management system.
  • Monitoring system-related departments.
  • Managing secretariat duties when risk management issues occur.

Requirements include:

  • Experience in system risk assessment or risk management in the financial industry.
  • Knowledge of microservices, cloud environments (AWS/GCP), container technology, and web security.
  • Business-level Japanese language proficiency (N1 or higher).
