PayPay is seeking a highly motivated HRIS Lead Engineer to join their Corporate Engineering team. This individual will play a crucial role in optimizing and maintaining HR systems to support the company's rapid growth and evolving needs. The HRIS Lead Engineer will be responsible for the full lifecycle of HR systems, from needs analysis and vendor selection to implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement. They will collaborate closely with HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure the effective and efficient management of HR data and processes.

Responsibilities include:

• Eliciting and documenting HR business requirements and translating them into system specifications.
• Managing HR system development projects, including vendor selection, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.
• Driving business process re-engineering and optimization through the effective use of HR systems.
• Providing technical support and training to HR staff on HR systems.
• Ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Deep knowledge of HR business processes across various areas such as recruiting, talent management, performance management, and payroll.
• Proven experience in driving business process improvement and efficiency gains in HR functions.
• Project management experience, preferably with internal systems or small to medium-sized development projects.
• Experience with Workday is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
