PayPay is seeking a HRIS Lead Engineer to join their Corporate Engineering team. This role is crucial for supporting the company's rapid growth and evolving organizational needs. The HRIS Lead Engineer will be responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of core systems supporting the corporate departments, with a focus on optimizing HR and accounting systems to empower all employees.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR business processes and experience in driving business improvements and efficiency gains. They should be capable of managing projects, selecting vendors, and ensuring the smooth operation of HR systems.

Role involves:

  • Hearing requests for improvements to HR operations, extracting issues, and creating project plans.
  • Selecting vendors and managing/promoting the progress of HR system development projects.
  • Promoting business improvements and efficiency gains using HR systems.
  • Operating and maintaining HR systems.

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of business processes across HR functions (recruiting, talent management, performance evaluation, payroll, attendance, etc.).
  • Experience in promoting business improvements and efficiency gains in-house or as a system integrator.
  • Project management experience (for in-house systems or small to medium-sized development projects with deadlines).
