This role involves managing and optimizing the company's growing number of SaaS applications, ensuring security, efficiency, and productivity across the organization. The SaaSOps Engineer will play a crucial role in streamlining SaaS-related processes, from implementation to management and decommissioning.

PayPay's Corporate Engineering team is responsible for the internal development of business systems supporting all areas of the company. Their mission is to contribute to the company's growth through technology, driving development and operational efficiency at an impressive pace.

Responsibilities include:

• Proposing, planning, selecting, evaluating, implementing, and operating SaaS solutions to enhance employee productivity.
• Managing and operating PayPay's cloud-native IT environment.
• Developing policies and guidelines to ensure employees can use cloud services comfortably and securely.
• Collaborating with internal departments such as information security, risk management, and internal audit.
• Establishing rules and processes to respond promptly to internal and external audits.

Requirements:

• Experience in proactively proposing SaaS implementation to own or client companies from scratch.
• Experience operating five or more SaaS applications.
• Experience in SaaS account authorization and cost optimization.
• Business-level Japanese language skills.
