Job Description

PayPay, a fintech company with over 69 million users, is seeking a Program Manager to drive the development of internal systems. This role involves managing multiple projects related to merchant management, customer management, and customer service. The Program Manager will be responsible for gathering requirements, prioritizing tasks, and reporting progress to stakeholders.

PayPay requires someone with project management experience, web application development experience, and business-level Japanese skills. Experience with Salesforce, AWS services, and microservices architecture is a plus. The ideal candidate should be proactive, communicative, and align with PayPay's values.

Role involves:

  • Leading requirements gathering from user departments.
  • Prioritizing projects based on dependencies and importance.
  • Facilitating development planning with the development team.
  • Managing multiple projects concurrently (2-5 projects).
  • Identifying and addressing project challenges and risks.
  • Implementing process improvements with the development team.

Requirements:

  • Project management experience (internal systems or small to medium-sized development projects with deadlines).
  • Experience in web application development (from the requirements definition phase).
  • Business-level Japanese skills.
