PayPay, a leading fintech company with over 68 million users, is seeking a Program Manager to lead enterprise system development. The role involves managing multiple internal system development projects, including requirements gathering, prioritization, and communication with stakeholders. The Program Manager will collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth project execution and implement process improvements, contributing to the growth of PayPay's services.

Responsibilities:

• Leading requirements gathering from user departments and prioritizing projects based on dependencies and importance.
• Coordinating with development teams to create development plans.
• Managing multiple concurrent projects (2-5), covering areas such as merchant management, customer management, and customer service.
• Identifying and resolving issues related to project progress.
• Reporting project status and risks to user departments.
• Collaborating with engineers on development activities.
• Implementing process improvements with the development team.

Requirements:

• Experience in project management, including managing internal systems or small to medium-sized development projects with deadlines, and providing quantitative progress reports to clients.
• Experience in web application development, including participation in the requirements definition phase.
• Business-level Japanese language skills.
