The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple internal system development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Role involves:

• Managing project progress, identifying and resolving issues, and providing support to the team.
• Coordinating with stakeholders from various departments.
• Defining and refining requirements.
• Establishing and maintaining development and change management rules.
• Defining project deliverables and templates, and ensuring they are understood by developers.
• Reporting progress to project owners and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of practical experience in project management.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously or managing large-scale projects.
• Experience in the Web/IT industry or project management experience in the financial industry.
• Native-level Japanese language skills (or equivalent to JLPT N1).
