The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple internal system development projects, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and delivery targets. They will also support engineers and manage large-scale development initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing project progress, issues, and overall execution.
- Coordinating with stakeholders from various departments.
- Defining and refining requirements.
- Establishing and improving development and change management processes.
- Defining project deliverables and creating templates.
- Providing progress reports to project owners and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Project management skills with experience managing multiple projects or large-scale projects.
- Experience in the Web/IT industry or system development project management in the financial industry.
- Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in project management.
- Native-level Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N1 equivalent).
