The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple internal system development projects, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and delivery targets. They will also support engineers and manage large-scale development initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing project progress, issues, and overall execution.
• Coordinating with stakeholders from various departments.
• Defining and refining requirements.
• Establishing and improving development and change management processes.
• Defining project deliverables and creating templates.
• Providing progress reports to project owners and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Project management skills with experience managing multiple projects or large-scale projects.
• Experience in the Web/IT industry or system development project management in the financial industry.
• Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in project management.
• Native-level Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N1 equivalent).
