Responsibilities include:
- Defining system requirements based on business needs.
- Designing system architecture and reflecting technical solutions.
- Estimating project feasibility.
- Overseeing all stages from design to testing.
- Developing web applications and integrating with external services.
- Establishing development standards and promoting productivity.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in web application development, including requirements analysis, architecture design, and Java development.
- Experience with AWS and Spring framework.
- Leadership experience in development projects.
- Business-level Japanese proficiency.
