Job Description
PayPay is a fintech company with over 69 million users, composed of diverse members from approximately 50 countries and regions. They are looking for a professional to promote cashless payments and financial life platforms in Japan. The company's Corporate Engineering division is responsible for the internal development of business systems that support all areas of PayPay.
Role involves:
- Strategic governance activities for quality maintenance and improvement in system development and operation management.
- Defining standards, visualizing risks/issues, and systematizing regulations/rules.
- Continuous education of team members to minimize the gap between rules and reality.
- Leading improvements through appropriate evaluation in system inspections/audits and risk assessments.
- Promoting proactive improvement activities through monitoring.
Requirements:
- Experience in IT strategy/IT governance at an IT consulting firm/SIer/business company.
- Experience in business process design/flow design.
- Knowledge of various cloud services/IT.
- Project management experience.
- Business-level Japanese language skills.
