Smartly is seeking a Customer Success Manager to take ownership of customer accounts, provide consultative advice, and drive customer engagement. The Customer Success Manager will be a crucial link between customers, Facebook, and Smartly's product development team. They will manage and nurture customer accounts through day-to-day communication and online marketing expertise.Responsibilities include:
- Managing and nurturing customer accounts.
- Working closely with customers to hone their online marketing strategy.
- Resolving advertiser issues.
- Taking ownership of growing and managing a target market.
- Developing expertise in the Smartly tool and Facebook advertising.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and Facebook.
- Collaborating with customers, Smartly Customer Success Managers, and the product development team.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of account management experience in B2B SaaS or agencies.
- Experience in online marketing is preferred.
- Great communication skills.
- Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
- Willingness to travel for meetings, conferences, and events.
