Smartly is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join their rapidly expanding team in Helsinki, focusing on Snapchat integration and new platform development. The engineer will have end-to-end ownership of new and existing platform integrations.

The role involves collaborating with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver cutting-edge solutions. The main technologies used are Node.js, React, & TypeScript.

Role Involves:

  • End-to-end ownership of new platform integrations and existing Snapchat product
  • Designing, building, and monitoring data-intensive microservices systems
  • Collaborating with engineers, product managers, and designers
  • Participating in team activities and coaching other team members

Requirements:

  • Experience in backend development using NodeJS and Typescript
  • Experience in UI development (React & Typescript)
  • Experience in building robust, complex, and distributed web applications
  • Motivation for solving customer problems and delivering value
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to coach other engineers
  • Ability to work in a hybrid capacity from the Helsinki office 3 days a week
