The Technical Writer will work with a global product and contribute to Smartly's platform. What the role involves:

Requirements:
  • Problem-solving skills and a creative mindset.
  • Passion for technical writing and content creation.
  • Experience with documentation processes and tools.
  • Understanding of writing procedures and familiarity with markdown and content reuse.
  • Expert proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Availability to work full-time (37.5 hours per week) for the entire 6-month program.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid capacity from the Helsinki office (3 days a week).
