Requirements:
- Fluency in English and German is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred if in a technical field.
- 2+ years in client-facing support role.
- Experience working with Windows, and Mac, software support, connectivity support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptable to a constantly changing technical environment.
- A genuine passion for solving technical problems.
- Experience with financial products and services is a plus.
