Job Description
Interactive Brokers (IBKR) is seeking a Technical Client Support representative to join their London-based team. This role involves assisting clients with inquiries regarding trading offerings and acting as a liaison between internal teams and clients, ensuring effective resolution of technical and software issues. IBKR is known for its cutting-edge technology and client commitment. The ideal candidate should be analytical and possess problem-solving skills. IBKR offers a hybrid working model and is located in a City of London tower.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing support to clients through phone, chats, and tickets.
  • Technical and functional support for the Interactive Brokers’ platforms.
  • Troubleshooting and support for Interactive Brokers’ web-based offerings.
  • Problem management with a focus on wide-scale technical issues.

Requirements:
  • Fluency in English and German is a must.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred if in a technical field.
  • 2+ years in client-facing support role.
  • Experience working with Windows, and Mac, software support, connectivity support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptable to a constantly changing technical environment.
  • A genuine passion for solving technical problems.
  • Experience with financial products and services is a plus.
