Smartly is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer to join their team in Helsinki. This role is pivotal in providing technical solutions and support to some of the largest performance marketers globally. The Customer Solutions Engineer will tackle technical challenges, develop innovative solutions, and enhance the Smartly platform. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong customer relationship management skills.The position will collaborate with cross-functional teams and have opportunities for continuous learning and development within the company. Additionally, the specialist will assists and train teammates in understanding and handling technical issues.

  • Debug errors and review code.
  • Develop scripts and automated solutions.
  • Build and test features and integrations.
  • Manage and nurture customer accounts.
  • Liaise with product, engineering, and customer success teams.
  • Provide technical support to sales and customer teams.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in development with familiarity in frontend and databases.
  • Proficiency in Javascript ES6, Typescript, Python or Node.js.
  • Experience with marketing measurement solutions; Google and Adobe Analytics proficiency preferred.
  • Experience with AWS, specifically Lambda and S3.
  • Minimum of 3+ years in account management in B2B SaaS.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Ability to travel for meetings, conferences, and industry events.
