Guardsquare is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to equip the sales team with the necessary tools, resources, and strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance sales efficiency. This role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams.Responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering onboarding programs for new sales hires globally.
- Implementing ongoing training programs and workshops to upskill sales teams.
- Maintaining sales playbooks and other materials in support of the sales process.
- Working with sales leadership to refine sales methodologies and improve workflows.
- Managing and optimizing sales engagement platforms such as Gong and SalesLoft.
- Partnering with marketing and product teams to align messaging and ensure timely follow-up on leads.
- Tracking and analyzing sales performance data to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
Requirements include:
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a B2B technology, SaaS, or enterprise software company.
- Understanding of sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, and Challenger.
- Hands-on experience collaborating with account executives, managers, SDRs, solution engineers, and sales leadership.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Gong, SalesLoft, or similar sales enablement platforms.
- Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
