Solution Engineer

Job Description

Guardsquare is seeking a passionate Solution Engineer to join their team in Boston. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between sales and engineering, providing technical support and driving the technology evaluation stage. This role involves working with a dynamic team to solve challenging problems and create cutting-edge mobile security products.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting sales with technical queries from prospects.
• Supporting companies during Proof of Concept, guiding them through the process.
• Helping customers with onboarding, including training and setup optimization.
• Handling configuration support tickets and performing configuration reviews.
• Providing input to engineering, product management, and marketing.
• Researching the latest mobile security and hacking technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• First experience in coding.
• Dynamic and engaging presentation style.
• Experience with Linux, Windows, and Apple.
• Knowledge of information security.
• Familiarity with Android and/or iOS app development.
• Familiarity with Proguard or Dexguard.
• Familiarity with Android Studio and the Android build tools.
• Familiarity with the XCode build process.
• Experience with reverse engineering and the commonly used tools.
