(German speaker) Trade Desk Representative

Job Description

Interactive Brokers is seeking a Trade Desk Representative with German language skills to join their client services team in Dublin, Ireland. This is a hybrid role based in their City Center location. The Trade Desk Representative will be responsible for investigating and resolving client inquiries related to margin analysis, position liquidations, trade cancellations, order status, and various financial products. They will educate clients on proprietary platforms and collaborate with internal and external departments to enhance client service systems and procedures.Role involves:

• Investigating client inquiries
• Resolving routine and complex client issues via phone, tickets, and chat
• Educating clients on proprietary platforms
• Assisting with complaint resolution
• Coordinating with internal and external departments
• Analyzing systems and procedures to recommend enhancements

Requirements:

• University degree in finance, economics, or related field
• Minimum two years of financial industry experience
• In-depth understanding of financial markets and regulations
• Excellent product knowledge (Equities, Options, Futures, etc.)
• Strong PC skills (Excel, Office Suite, Email)
• Problem-solving skills and a passion for technology and financial markets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in English and German
• Interest in obtaining FINRA SIE and Series 7 certification
