Banyan Software is seeking a Portfolio Leader for Northern Europe. This role involves working with operating company CEOs and management teams, providing operational and commercial expertise to accelerate growth. The Portfolio Leader will report to the Operating Partner, CEO, or COO and will be responsible for the success of a group of operating companies serving government agencies and public sector organizations.Banyan Software needs someone with a proven track record of value creation as a CEO, COO, GM, or MD, or as an Operating Partner/Advisor within enterprise and/or mid-market focused B2B software/SaaS businesses.
Role Involves: - Owning the financial results of the operating companies.
- Hiring operating company CEOs and ensuring the right senior leadership.
- Coaching and mentoring operating company executives.
- Being the main point of contact at Banyan across portfolio companies.
- Bringing playbooks for growing industry-specific software companies.
- Working alongside Banyan HQ in evaluating new acquisition opportunities.
Requirements: - Proven CEO or experienced GM/GTM leader from enterprise/mid-market focused B2B software/SaaS.
- Experience in the Gov Tech sector is a plus.
- Exceptional people leadership, communication & influencing skills.
- Investment and/or M&A experience.
