Trade Desk Representative - Client Services (German Speaking)

Interactive Brokers is seeking a driven, German-speaking Trade Desk Representative to join their Client Services team in London. The role primarily involves supporting clients with complex trade-related queries via tickets, chats, and phone calls. A strong attention to detail, in-depth knowledge of financial markets, and a passion for professional representation are essential.Interactive Brokers offers access to numerous markets and exchanges worldwide. The company recently relocated to a new office on Fenchurch Street and operates a hybrid working model, offering daily lunch from selected vendors when working in the office.Key Responsibilities:

• Investigating client inquiries related to margin analysis, position liquidations, and trade cancellations.
• Resolving routine and complex client inquiries via telephone, tickets, and chats.
• Educating clients on proprietary platforms.
• Assisting with complaint resolution.
• Coordinating with Client Service divisions and external departments.
• Recommending and assisting in implementing system enhancements.
• Contributing to the development of client service policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

• University degree in finance, economics, or relevant experience.
• Minimum of two years of financial industry experience.
• In-depth understanding of financial markets and execution platforms.
• Excellent product knowledge of Equities, Options, Futures, and Fixed Income.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology.
• Fluent in English and German.
• FINRA SIE and Series 7 certification or interest in obtaining it.
