Snyk is seeking a Director of Technical Support to lead initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and driving advancements within the organization. The Director will identify opportunities for improvement, streamline processes, and optimize support services. They will develop and execute strategies to position Snyk as a leader in delivering exceptional support services for Enterprise customers.Role involves:
- Developing and executing a long-term technical roadmap.
- Monitoring industry trends and technology advancements.
- Establishing and implementing quality metrics.
- Continuously reviewing and improving processes.
- Fostering close collaboration with customer-facing technical staff.
- Fostering a customer-first culture.
- Leading efforts to ensure technical support team members are trained.
- Providing ongoing mentorship and professional development opportunities.
- 8+ years in Enterprise Technical Support.
- General understanding of various application security tools and technologies, as well as DevSecOps framework.
- Strong understanding of security best practices and industry standards, including OWASP Top 10 and NIST guidelines.
- Experience in leading and managing technical support teams.
- Ability to develop and implement strategies for improving application security posture.
