Snyk is seeking a People Technology Specialist to manage Workday configurations, optimize HR processes, and support the employee lifecycle. The role involves a 50/50 split between Workday system administration and HR cycle work, collaborating with People Operations, IT, and global teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Administering and configuring Workday.
- Partnering with People Operations, IT, and Payroll teams to optimize system capabilities and drive automation.
- Supporting key HR technology initiatives.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Auditing and ensuring data integrity and security.
- Acting as the first point of contact for Workday-related inquiries.
Requirements:
- Proven hands-on experience configuring and administering Workday.
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Technical acumen in system enablement and HR technology.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity and security.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, distributed team environment.
