Director, Product at Snyk

Snyk is seeking a Director of Product to drive the strategic vision for its AppRisk product. Snyk is a developer security platform that empowers developers to develop fast and stay secure.The Director will define and execute the product strategy, focusing on correlating underlying issues with runtime events. This role involves collaborating with engineering, design, product marketing, and sales teams to create new business opportunities and drive user impact.

The role involves:

• Defining the long-term vision and product strategy for AppRisk.
• Collaborating with partners to identify new technological use cases and business opportunities.
• Understanding and anticipating customer pain points.
• Building a deep understanding of the underlying technology.
• Acting as a thought leader and driving knowledge sharing.
• Conducting user research and competitive analysis.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of product management experience in DevSecOps or cloud security.
• Deep understanding of the product area and ability to lead product demos.
• Eagerness to learn new ideas and methodologies.
• Ability to foster a collaborative atmosphere.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
