Snyk is seeking a Lead Channel Manager to drive partner strategy and performance in Brazil's LATAM region. The Channel Manager will focus on developing and enabling strategic channel partners, recruiting new partners, and aligning them with Snyk's sales teams. Specifically, the role involves:
- Developing and implementing partner strategies aligned with Snyk's sales objectives.
- Building strong relationships with partners and providing consistent communication.
- Recruiting new security-focused partners in key LATAM countries.
- Developing alliance partner plans and maintaining performance reports.
- Leading regular business reviews with stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Proven experience selling through security channel partner ecosystems.
- Minimum of 5 years of channel sales experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
- Knowledge of solution and value-based selling techniques.
- Ability to travel 50% of the time.
