Senior Solutions Engineer at Snyk

Snyk is seeking a driven and customer-focused Senior Solutions Engineer to join their team in Brazil, Sao Paulo. In this role, the individual will interface between Snyk's LATAM customers and internal teams, including product engineering, marketing, and customer success.

The Senior Solutions Engineer will play a crucial role in supporting the adoption of Snyk within new organizations and contributing to the evolution of Snyk's offerings. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and customer-centricity.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers to understand their business processes, goals, and challenges.
• Conduct DevSecOps workshops to advise customers on their developer and application security programs.
• Design and propose Snyk-based solutions that meet client requirements.
• Provide technical sales demonstrations to customers and partners.
• Educate customers and partners about open-source and cloud-native technologies.
• Drive the technical aspects of the sale, including POCs and demonstrating product expertise.
• Provide technical guidance during the implementation phase.
• Interface with internal teams to build solutions for customers.
• Participate in the development of proposals and responses to RFPs.
• Contribute to the development of documentation and knowledge resources.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Shape and inform decisions on new features based on customer feedback.
• Build and maintain business and technical champions at key customers.
• Represent Snyk as a thought leader at industry events.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in enterprise solution engineering, development, or security consulting.
• Fluency in Portuguese.
• Proven track record managing customer expectations.
• Expert knowledge of the developer and DevOps ecosystems.
• Passion for learning about new technologies.
• Familiarity with a wide variety of coding languages.
