Bloomreach is seeking a Senior Technical Writer to enhance the developer experience on their Engagement Docs Team. The role involves working in Slovakia or Czechia, with office locations in Bratislava and Brno. This individual will lead developer experience in our Engagement Docs Team.
The Senior Technical Writer will play a crucial role in organizing and maintaining knowledge about the Bloomreach product, documenting various features, and creating business use cases. This documentation serves as a key resource for clients, partners, prospects, and consultants.
Responsibilities:
- Design a smooth developer experience
- Manage technical knowledge
- Collaborate with experts from Product and Engineering, Support, Clients Services, and Sales
- Drive communication excellence
- Lead junior members of the Docs team
Requirements:
- Drive and ambition
- Excellent written command of English
- Clear communication and team player spirit
- Technical acumen; familiarity with developer tools such as Github and AI innovations like Replit
- Documentation and/or copywriting experience
