Awin is seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join the Global Self-Service Live Support Team. This role involves ensuring fast and comprehensive ticket response, deeply understanding client’s needs, and collaborating with other teams to optimise available content and tools. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping progress grassroot brands and contribute to a dynamic team.

Role Involves:

  • Managing various types of requests from live clients.
  • Administering client's accounts under the credit control team's supervision.
  • Assisting with the management of programme upsells, retention, and closures.
  • Handling projects to update content.
  • Staying informed about functionality upgrades and internal processes.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to see the bigger picture and identify areas of opportunity and risk.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Confident and excellent communicator with a keen attention to detail.
  • Fast learner and eager to deepen knowledge and understanding.
  • Numerate with a good level of knowledge of MS Office packages.
