Awin is seeking a Customer Support Assistant with German language skills for a fixed-term 12-month contract in Warsaw. The successful candidate will be part of the Global Self-Service Live Support Team, ensuring fast and comprehensive ticket response and understanding client needs. This role involves collaborating with other sub-teams and departments to optimize content and tools, driving self-diagnosis and resolution of issues.Responsibilities:
Managing various types of requests from live clients.
Administering client accounts under supervision.
Assisting with the management of program upsells, retention, and closures.
Handling projects to update content and internal tools.
Staying informed about functionality upgrades and internal processes.
Requirements:
Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to see the bigger picture and identify opportunities and risks.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Confident and excellent communicator with keen attention to detail.
Fast learner and eager to deepen knowledge and understanding.
Numerate with a good level of knowledge of MS Office packages.
