Awin is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support account management teams, focusing on major DACH brands across retail, travel, and telecoms sectors. This role provides administrative support and helps facilitate leading affiliate programs.

The role involves:

  • Identifying and logging competitor brand activity
  • Supporting Account Managers with client presentations
  • Flagging compliance breaches from unsolicited websites
  • Creating and sending Publisher communications for Advertisers
  • Finding new Publisher partners and processing current applications
  • Uploading and communicating campaign-specific offers to Publisher partners

Requirements include:

  • Fluency in English and competence in German
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet multiple deadlines
  • Willingness to help peers and handle additional tasks
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Proactive approach to improving efficiencies
  • Ability to take charge of responsibilities
