Awin is seeking a Mid-Market Sales Manager to manage and develop a sales and revenue pipeline, focusing on securing high-revenue merchants for the network. The role involves driving sales performance by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals. The Mid-Market Sales Manager will report to the Mid-Market Sales Team Leader and is expected to achieve sales targets and contribute to the team's objectives.

Role Involves:

  • Managing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base across America.
  • Owning the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, responding to RFIs and RFPs, presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
  • Accurately managing and updating your sales pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Working closely with teams such as Finance, Integrations, and Account Development to ensure a smooth transition for new clients.
  • Conducting in-depth research on target brands.
  • Consistently meeting performance KPIs and sales targets.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial roles.
  • Experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, B2B marketplace, or related industries.
  • Advanced English required.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com and sales pipelining software.
  • Excellent computer literacy, including advanced skills with the MS Office suite.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Self-driven and commercially savvy with the ability to drive projects autonomously.
