Awin is seeking a Mid-Market Sales Manager to manage and develop a sales and revenue pipeline, focusing on securing high-revenue merchants for the network. The role involves driving sales performance by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals. The Mid-Market Sales Manager will report to the Mid-Market Sales Team Leader and is expected to achieve sales targets and contribute to the team's objectives.
Role Involves:
- Managing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base across America.
- Owning the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, responding to RFIs and RFPs, presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
- Accurately managing and updating your sales pipeline in Salesforce.
- Working closely with teams such as Finance, Integrations, and Account Development to ensure a smooth transition for new clients.
- Conducting in-depth research on target brands.
- Consistently meeting performance KPIs and sales targets.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial roles.
- Experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, B2B marketplace, or related industries.
- Advanced English required.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com and sales pipelining software.
- Excellent computer literacy, including advanced skills with the MS Office suite.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Self-driven and commercially savvy with the ability to drive projects autonomously.
