Awin is seeking a Mid-Market Sales Manager to drive expansion into Mexico. The ideal candidate will manage and develop a sales and revenue pipeline, focusing on securing high-revenue merchants. This role reports to the Mid-Market Sales Team Leader and requires achieving sales targets via a results-driven approach.

The role involves:

  • Managing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base across America.
  • Owning the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating terms and closing deals.
  • Managing and updating the sales pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Collaborating with Finance, Integrations, and Account Development teams for smooth client transitions.
  • Conducting in-depth research on target brands, including their affiliate activities and key contacts.
  • Meeting performance KPIs and sales targets through proactive engagement and strategic planning.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial roles within affiliate marketing, digital marketing, B2B marketplace, or related industries.
  • Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com and sales pipelining software.
  • Excellent computer literacy, including advanced MS Office skills.
  • Fluent in English & Spanish
  • Self-driven with the ability to drive projects autonomously.
