Awin is seeking a commercially driven and detail-oriented Benelux Retention & Growth Manager. This role involves leading commercial renegotiations and serving as the primary contact for Awin Benelux clients regarding commercial and contractual matters. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in mitigating client risks and identifying opportunities to implement long-term strategies that reduce client churn and foster stronger, more sustainable client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Direct contract negotiations with existing clients.
Presenting Awin's new price structure to existing clients.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Manage RFP's and coordinate teams.
Facilitate the resolution of contractual and commercial disputes.
Contribute to process improvements and manage key milestones within contracts.
Ensure Awin's unique sales propositions are effectively communicated.
Manage and resolve contract queries.
Requirements:
Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
Experience with performance marketing and technical knowledge of the e-commerce sector.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch.
Proven ability to identify problems and develop effective solutions.
Strong project management skills.
Comfortable working in an innovative, fast-changing environment.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Objectivity and data-driven approach in decision-making.
